Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Hwy 55 standards
- Ensure orders are accurate and completed in a timely manner
- Support team members to keep the kitchen running smoothly
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Monitor food quality and consistency
Kitchen Stations:
- Grill Station: Burgers, cheesesteaks, grilled chicken
- Bun Station: Assemble sandwiches to order
- Fry Station: Prepare sides and fried items
Training is provided across all stations.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to stand for extended periods
