Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Hwy 55 standards.
- Ensure orders are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
- Support team members to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
- Monitor food quality and consistency.
Kitchen Stations:
- Grill Station: Burgers, cheesesteaks, grilled chicken.
- Bun Station: Assemble sandwiches to order.
- Fry Station: Prepare sides and fried items.
Training is provided across all stations.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
