About the Job
HWY55 is seeking a dependable, friendly, and customer-focused Front of House Server to join our team.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing excellent guest service, works well as part of a team, and is comfortable in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to every guest.
- Accurately take orders and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area.
- Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.
- Follow restaurant procedures and service standards.
- Work efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Assist the team with side work and other responsibilities as needed.
- Create a welcoming experience that keeps guests coming back.
Schedule:
- Day Shift: Hours generally available between 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM.
- Evening Shift: Evening hours are also available for those interested in additional or alternative shifts.
- Flexible scheduling: We offer flexible days and hours based on availability and restaurant needs.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, personable, and committed to providing exceptional customer service. Previous serving experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
