Job Descriptions:

A cook at Hwy55 is responsible for making sure what the customer orders comes out correct and in a timely manner.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required.
Strong communication skills are essential as well.
Hwy55 menu includes burgers, cheesesteaks, chicken, and sides items like fries, tots, onion rings.
The three stations in the kitchen include fry station, bun station, and grill. Each station has its own responsibilities.
Grill station is responsible for burgers, cheesesteaks, grill chicken.
Bun station is known for completing the sandwich that is on the grill with the topping the customers choose.
Fry station is required to send out side items such as fries, onion rings, and tots.
Fry station is also responsible for main items such as chicken tenders and shrimp.
Other responsibilities the kitchen is to uphold is cleanliness and proper temperatures.
